DOLOMITI BELLUNESI
I
like to explore the “Hidden Dolomites”, their unknown peaks,
lonely paths and remote valleys. I like to do it during the hardest days,
at the most uncomfortable hours, trying to avoid the dull sunny summer days,
the rowdy group trips during the holidays and the most crowded refuges and
places.
Lights and sounds too much strong don’t fit with the shy nature of
these lands.
The dusty and rough road, the freezing breeze which caught us at sunset to remind the icy soul of this land, the angular and proud faces of the nomad shepherds [...], were very difficult to compare with the delicacy of the graceful and noisy demoiselle cranes assembled in small groups near the track […].
